Preliminary Matters
Information about your customer must be entered into our system online
When you create invoices using our online system, or upload invoices from Quickbooks, our system will prompt you to enter
your customer's information. In addition to the regular information, consisting of company name, address, phone number, etc.,
you will also enter the information for your contacts at the customer with whom we will communicate by email:
Name
Phone number
Job title/position
Email address
Also click the check boxes denoting his/her responsibility:
Accounts payable
Invoice approver
Timesheet approver, if you are in the staffing industry
Billable Items Database
To make your online invoice creation experience simpler and more efficient, we encourage you to use our Billable Items Database,
if your business model is such that your repeatedly bill certain items. When you create your invoices online, you will pick the
items you want to bill from a list of database items. You won't have to type them and your line item descriptions will be consistent
invoice-to-invoice. To create each billable item, you will need to enter the following:
A code, usually consisting of not more than 4 or 5 characters and/or digits, to distinguish it from other billable items.
A short description
A default unit price
You can change this "on-the-fly" as you invoice without changing the default price in the system.
Quickbooks® Factoring Integration
21st Capital Corp owns the only Quickbooks® Factoring Integration application available. Other factoring companies require
all paper invoices to be mailed to them, whether created in Quickbooks® or otherwise. Our clients simply create their invoices
offline in Quickbooks® and upload the Quickbooks® invoice data to our server. This revolutionary application leverages Quickbooks®
